Anna LaSala-Goettler was a member of the Elm City Girls’ Choir for ten years and graduated in 2010. She served as President of the choir in 2008-2009. After graduating from Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven, Anna graduated magna cum laude at Middlebury College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in comparative literature and music. Along the way she was the music director of an all-female a cappella group, the Paradiddles. During a semester in Scotland, she sang with the Hummingbirds. She also was a section leader of the Middlebury College Choir. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Dartmouth in Comparative Literature and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She currently teaches comparative literature and French, and serves as dorm parent, coach and advisor to the student a cappella groups at the Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut.
