Introduction to Gregorian Chant and Sacred Polyphony for the Traditional Latin Mass

Saecula Women’s Choir and Elm City Collegium Vocale participate in a project of the Saecula Choir Institute on “Gregorian Chant and Sacred Renaissance Polyphony in its Original Context”, led by David Hughes, organist and choirmaster at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Norwalk, CT. Participants have the opportunity to study, rehearse, and perform Gregorian chant Propers, Renaissance motets, and a polyphonic Mass setting during a traditional Latin Mass at St. Stanislaus Church in New Haven, CT.
