Sarah Kahn grew up singing in the United Girls’ Choir of Cheshire and the Elm City Girls’ Choir, developing a love for choral music-making and teaching. At Oberlin College, she participated in co-operative living, serving on the Board of Directors for the Oberlin Student Co-Operative Association. She sang in choirs at Oberlin, including the Renaissance choir Collegium Musicum, while studying music, and also completed a religion major with a focus in religious philosophy. She is an avid church musician, and currently sings in the choir at Christ and Holy Trinity Church of Westport, Connecticut. Sarah now lives in a co-operative house in New Haven. In her free time, she likes to travel and sing in choirs in the New Haven area.
